Sunday, May 20 – Arrival Day in Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Sunday (first day), your room will be reserved at the Bahia Mar Beach resort. We will meet in the early evening for our first gathering.
- Monday Morning: A shuttle bus will transport our group to Bimini Island Air
Monday, May 21st – Fort Lauderdale to Bimini
- We will have a short flight (25 min) to Bimini where we will be met by our hosts, WildQuest, who will transport us to the retreat lodge.
- We will head out on the water on Monday afternoon after spending some time with our team on dolphin swimming and safety instructions
Monday –Friday – Dolphin Connection
- Each morning we will meditate, do yoga and have group gatherings
- We plan to head out each day on the catamaran boat, which has plenty shade and room to move around. A typical day we will leave late morning and return at sunset in time for dinner.
Please note – the catamaran boat is very stable compared to other boats and does not roll from side to side. - During the week we will also snorkel at the famous “Atlantis Road”
- With each trip out on the boat, there is a certain sense spontaneity that creates each day. When we are not watching or interacting with the dolphins there may be sharing, meditating, chanting, in silence, swimming, snorkeling, lunching, napping, alone time or relaxing on a deserted beach.
- Each evening after dinner we will gather again seal the energy of the day and prepare for the next
Saturday, May 26th – Bimini to Fort Lauderdale
- Return flight to Fort Lauderdale will be on Saturday morning
