Tony is a RYT who is passionate about the bodies alignment and strength that lead to true liberation in the mind and soul. He was first introduced to the yoga path in the Raja tradition through Self Realization in 1997, since then he has been lead to the physical asana and the gifts it has brought to his life as business owner, husband and dad. Tony's class is a deep dive into breath, Hatha asana and concentration, where he brings the athlete and householder together. He has played various sports all his life and is intrigued with Yoga's ability to heal and keep the body prepared to stay in the game. At 49 years old he still plays baseball at a high level and he firmly believes its Yoga that makes this possible. There is nothing Tony loves more then sharing the amazing gifts Yoga can offer to an individual seeking better health and deeper peace.
At the age of 24, Tom Kelly entered the Self-Realization Fellowship monastic Order in California (founded by Paramahansa Yogananda), whose roots go back to the ancient lineage of Swamis from India. Taking vows of simplicity, chastity, obedience, and loyalty, he spent the next 25 years as a monk deeply involved in meditation and humanitarian service. As an inspirational speaker, workshop and retreat leader he has travelled world-wide teaching the sacred art of Raja Yoga. In the fall of 1999, Tom left the monastic life in order to expand his training and share the fruits of his self-transformation and direct experience of yoga with all. Whether Tom is teaching a yoga class, giving an inspirational talk, or leading a seminar or retreat, his passion in sharing and communicating the joy of spiritual living is highly contagious.
Trisha Kelly has been living the yogic lifestyle for almost 30 years and spent many happy years meditating, learning and serving at the international headquarters of Paramahansa Yogananda's spiritual organization, Self-Realization Fellowship. In addition to co-founding the Soul Center with Tom, Trisha has studied with many notable teachers, including Erich Shiffmann, Gurumukh Kaur Khalsa, and Judith Lasater. Trisha's continued love and study of metaphysics, sound, vibration, light and healing has brought her certification in many modalities, such as Soul Memory Discovery, Reiki and Spiritual Healing of Indigo Children.
